My ac/furnace was very old and I called Cool Concepts back in October 2020 because it was overheating. Beto came out and repaired it for very reasonable price. Then during the freezing weather last month (Feb 2021) it stopped heating. Which was okay because I didn't have electricity to run it anyway (eye roll). I called & made an appointment and Beto found that it needed to be replaced, which was no surprise to me. I figured it would need to be replaced soon since it was 20+ years old. I was quoted what I thought was a reasonable price and they installed it all two days later. Beto is very nice and explains what needs to be repaired and or/installed and then explained what needs to be done to maintain. He also installed a new programmable thermostat and an outdoor electrical box for the ac unit. After installing the unit he did not leave until he knew everything was working, turning on and off like it should. It has been over two weeks now and it has been working perfectly. I definitely recommend Cool Concepts.
